More insurance options for Sky Mobile and Sky Q customers
Background
A new Sky Protect website needed to offer Sky Mobile customers additional Theft and Loss cover and improve Sky Q customers to add two extra devices to their policy.
My role and responsibilities
This site incorporates new tech (CMS), a modular design with access to legacy self-service areas for account management and repair bookings.
I managed and drove the product ideation and strategy together with the relevant client management and delivery teams. As Creative Lead I was responsible for the full cycle of the digital creative deliverables:
▸ Creative team planning, set up and roadmap/tasks prioritisation
▸ UI/Branding and content strategy and approach
▸ Prepared and presented together with the Dev Lead a future-proofed approach to increase feasibility, maintenance and integration of different technologies – how to build multiple versions, implement a new CMS tool, and integrate and signpost to an existing My Account.
▸ Led the team to deliver the UX strategy: workshops, user testing, benchmark/pattern analysis, customer journeys reviews and UX design
▸ I conducted design iteration reviews, team development and the product design handover
▸ Internal and stakeholders management
▸ Front-end dev and data analytics team support
